Description
  • The latest variation of Graf von Faber-Castell's Classic range is this delightful macassar finish, a wood with natural colour changes running through the grain, delivering expressive gradients from real blacks through to dark chocolate browns. It is a wonderful addition to the Classic range, fitting neatly between the dark brown grenadilla wood and orangey-brown pernambuco finishes.

The macassar finish is uniquely combined with an anthracite-coloured titanium cap, grip and accents, which complement the grain to great effect. This is a first for the Classic range which traditionally uses platinum-plated trim, in addition to a single solid silver design.

The slim profile of the finely fluted barrel is well balanced and provides a pleasantly tactile writing experience. The mechanisms are expertly engineered and the cap features a solid spring-loaded clip.

The finish is available as a ballpoint, rollerball, 0.7mm mechanical pencil or as a fountain pen with an 18 carat gold nib with ruthenium plating and an iridium tip. Presented in a solid wooden case.
