However, it can become tricky to think of topics to write about so frequently, and that is where writing prompts come in. Whether it\u2019s a word, a phrase or a picture, a writing prompt is there to kickstart your creativity and inspire your imagination.<\/p>\n<p>What you do with your writing prompt is up to you \u2013 you may respond with a sentence, a paragraph, or even a full story. Just go with the flow and see where you end up. Don\u2019t stop to think about if what you are writing is \u2018good\u2019 or not; don\u2019t stop writing until you have all of your ideas down on paper (or your computer, if you prefer to type).<\/p>\n<p>Take a look through our selection of creative writing prompts below, and see what takes your fancy.<\/p>\n<h1>Creative writing prompts<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>You find a letter hidden inside an engraved musical instrument.<\/li>\n<li>At first, she thought she had imagined it all.
